The firm

The firm

What we are, how we work, and what you can hold us to.

Our story

[Three or four sentences: year of formation, what motivated it, the milestones, the size reached today. Directors read this section to decide whom they are entrusting their accounts to.]

Our vision

Chartered accountancy is not limited to producing financial statements. A useful firm is one that sees difficulties coming, explains the figures in the director's own language, and stays reachable when the question is urgent. That is the firm we are building.

Our mission

To secure your accounting, tax, legal and payroll obligations so that you can spend your time on your business. And, whenever the figures can inform a decision, to make them readable.

Our positioning

We work with SMEs, groups, startups, liberal professions and subsidiaries of foreign groups. Structured enough to hold a statutory audit mandate, close enough that the director speaks directly to the partner.

How we work

Every file follows a written work programme split into phases. Every task is performed by a staff member, then signed off by a more senior one — nobody approves their own work. Progress is tracked in our internal application, which lets us tell you at any moment where your file stands.

Our approach, in five steps

  1. 01

    Understand

A first meeting with no commitment. We listen to your business, your constraints and what brought you here. Nothing is proposed before we have understood.

  2. 02

    Assess

We examine what exists: accounts, tax position, legal file, organisation. You receive a written assessment, including what is wrong.

  3. 03

    Advise

We set out the options, with their quantified consequences and their risks. The decision is yours; our role is to make it an informed one.

  4. 04

    Implement

An engagement letter sets the scope, the timetable, the team assigned and the fees. We deliver what it says.

  5. 05

    Follow up

A periodic review, a maintained deadline calendar, a warning before every obligation. Follow-up is the least visible part of the work and the one that protects you most.

Our values

Integrity

We say what is, including when it is unwelcome. A correct figure beats a pleasant one.

Independence

No interest in the companies we audit, no third-party remuneration on the advice we give.

Confidentiality

Professional secrecy is not a contract clause: it is a legal duty we organise in practice.

Excellence

Work reviewed before it is delivered. Nothing leaves the firm without sign-off by a more senior level.

Proximity

A firm on a human scale, where the director speaks to the partner and not to a switchboard.

Innovation

Tools change, standards do not. We invest in what saves our clients time, not in what looks modern.

Our commitments

A commitment is worth something only if it can be checked. Here is what you can hold us to:

  • An answer to any written question within the working day, and a call back within 24 hours.
  • An engagement letter signed before any work starts, setting the scope, timetable, team and fees.
  • A written warning before every tax or social deadline that concerns you, without you having to ask.
  • No deliverable released without review by someone more senior than the preparer.
  • Professional secrecy applied in practice: partitioned access, no data passed to a third party without your written consent.
  • Fees quoted in advance. Any overrun is discussed beforehand, never on the invoice.

Let us talk about your project.

Formation, acquisition, tax audit, changing advisers, fundraising: the first conversation is free and without commitment.
